mother nature goodness

These hydrangeas are from our garden. Seriously, fresh cut flowers have the ability to brighten the dullest of days.  Sometimes I feel that particular blooms are just begging to be brought in & cheer up our tables, mantles, and desks. I am loving the color of these ones from our backyard today. Goodness! Also below, more chalkboard signage for this (& this) wedding posted earlier.  How great are those log slices?

  1. I really like the log slices. I’m curious though, are people really supposed to leave their thumb prints? Do you put an ink pad and some paper there? I’d love to see how that was executed.

    • hi jeff- yes, the bride had a tree poster and a few different shades of green ink pads for people to stamp and initial as an alternative to a guest book. pretty neat!
