thinking ahead to the 14th

I found this quote in one of my journals from last year, and thought it would be appropriate to work with as we come into february. The first trial was done with a fountain pen and blue ink. The second was hand brushed with gouche and watercolor. I like them both, and may shrink them down to fit on a card or sell poster size prints when I get my etsy site going.
