dabbling in printmaking

A few days ago I attempted a printmaking-calligraphy combination piece with cardboard and an xacto knife. I don’t think i would bother with this technique again, as the cardboard plate isn’t really usable after the first print. Still, it was a worthwhile experiment, and I am quite proud of the one piece I did get out of it.

    preeeeetty!

so the cutout letters are made of cardboard? i wonder if there’s a more durable material that’s easy to cut like that so you could use it more than once. wish i had the time and resources to investigate that now. 🙂

    miss you!
